The Details of Our Program

Our training program which is an integral, of The Burgundy School of Business, is one of the 22 business schools in France and is one of the founders of "Chapter of Major Schools of Higher Education" and is a member of "The Association of Major Schools of Higher Education in France".

Strongly embedded in this context, The Management Pole of Cultural Enterprises proposes a solid training on a Master's level of applied management in the sectors of culture, as well as cultural, audiovisual and entertainment industries. This training is part of an active and operational approach with the acquiring of abilities for the strategic mastering of situations and projects in the arts, cultural and audiovisual sectors.

The Pole is a member on ENCATC, (European Network of Cultural Administration Training Centers).

The training takes place in Dijon and Paris.

The training has a common basis which allows transversal input from all artistic, cultural and audiovisual domains. The four possible options orient the student towards a program of individual specialisation:

  • Performing arts management
  • Management of cultural and historical heritage
  • Creative and entertainment industries
  • Cultural Events

The option chosen by each student, approved by the pedagogical committee involves:

  • an in-depth individual program (meetings, interviews, lectures and research documentation),
  • The choice of the assignment/training period and the professional thesis.
